Refund Policy.

We want to be straightforward about how refunds and cancellations work at Digital Goat Consulting. This policy applies to all service packages.
Launch, Launch + SEO Growth, and Launch + Aggressive SEO (Before Minimum Term)
Before Work Begins
If you cancel before any design, development, setup, or strategy work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of the first payment.
After Work Begins
Once work has begun (discovery, design, development, setup, or strategy), setup fees and paid monthly service periods are non-refundable except where DGC agrees otherwise in writing.
After Delivery
Once a site is launched or campaign work has been delivered, the active billing period is considered earned. Minimum-term obligations still apply unless DGC agrees to a different written resolution.
Managed Hosting (Monthly)
Managed Hosting is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time with thirty (30) days written notice. Services continue through the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Launch, Launch + SEO Growth, and Launch + Aggressive SEO (Subscription)
During Minimum Commitment
Launch requires a six-month minimum commitment. Launch + SEO Growth and Launch + Aggressive SEO require a nine-month minimum commitment. If you cancel during the commitment period, the remaining minimum-term balance becomes due immediately unless DGC agrees to a different written resolution. This reflects the upfront investment DGC makes in onboarding, setup, launch work, and initial optimization.
After Minimum Commitment
After completing the Launch minimum term, you may request file handoff once all outstanding balances are resolved. After completing a Launch + SEO Growth or Launch + Aggressive SEO minimum term, service continues month-to-month as Managed Growth Continuation at $500/month unless you request file handoff or Managed Hosting before renewal. You may cancel with thirty (30) days written notice. Services continue through the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Custom Software (Project-Based)
Custom software projects are governed by individual Statements of Work. Refund terms, payment schedules, and cancellation policies are defined per project in that agreement.

Disputes
